4. Packed & Dispatched
The produce is carefully packed and dispatched quickly to reach you fresh and safe.
Returns Due to Delivery of Inedible or Poor-Quality Produce
At Organic Sabzi Wala, we take pride in delivering fresh, nutritious, and high-quality fruits and vegetables. If you receive any produce that is inedible, spoiled, damaged, or not fit for consumption, we will gladly review your return or refund request.
To be eligible, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order by contacting us at support@organicsabziwala.com or through our customer support team via phone or WhatsApp. Please share your order details along with photographs of the affected products.
Once your request is verified and approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically reflected in your bank account within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank or payment gateway. We will keep you informed about the status of your request through our customer support team.
Replacement and Quality Guarantee
Organic Sabzi Wala stands behind the quality of every product we deliver. If a valid quality issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery, and your claim is approved, you may be offered one of the following options:
(a) A full or partial refund to your original payment method; or
(b) A replacement product, subject to stock availability and delivery feasibility.
Because fresh produce is highly perishable, customers are generally not required to physically return the affected items. However, we may request photographs or additional information to verify the issue.
Approved claims are usually processed within 2 business days after verification. In cases where a replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued.
